Hazards to persons of homeless (houseless) camps in Jenner, include fire hazards, mold and mildew, landslides, exposure to diseased pests and rodents as well as the constant threat of violence. With the lack of availability to Jenner infrastructure (e.g., shelter, stormwater management, water and sanitation systems, electricity, heating, trash services) immensely increases the homeless environmental hazard exposure.
