Clean Harbors In Livermore Utilizing An Integrative Approach To Marine Protection.

Coastal accidents from environmental, industrial and manufacturing sources as well as waste generated by marine vessels together are responsible for the environmental hazards our coastlines are experiencing.  Even though protection of our coastal areas are receiving increased attention from agency environmental regulations, a damaging amount of waste still hurts our waterways through negligent and/or accidental discharge and runoff.

We are experts in processing wastewater, our state-of-the-art wastewater processing facility located in Hayward California as well as our nationwide wastewater treatment capabilities sustainably recovers and returns 40 million gallons of freshwater yearly back to the earths water supply.  ELI’s contributions help in keeping our waterways usable for children and grandchildren.

Livermore (formerly Livermores, Livermore Ranch, and Nottingham) is a city in Alameda County, California, United States. With a 2020 population of 87,955, Livermore is the most populous city in the Tri-Valley. Livermore is located on the eastern edge of California’s San Francisco Bay Area. The current mayor is Bob Woerner.

Livermore was platted and registered on November 4, 1869, as a railroad town by William Mendenhall and named for Robert Livermore, his friend and a local rancher who settled in the area in the 1840s. Livermore is the home of the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, for which the chemical element livermorium is named (and thus, placing the city’s name in the periodic table).
